The Pacific Gateway marina is a few minutes walk along the road from the cottage. Visit pacificgatewaymarina.ca
The marina and beach area were reached by a staircase with beautiful views overlooking Port San Juan but it is currently closed.

A cliff edge viewing platform on the west edge of the site offers stunning views of the water and Pacific Rim National Park and is a lovely place to enjoy the morning sun.

There is a large common property wooded area with picnic tables on the upper area of the cottage development.

The ocean views from the site are plentiful and evening sunsets are worth a late trip down to the viewing platform.
